- Sole Technology: The HyperKO 3 features a "Super Critical Foam Footbed" insole for cushioning, contrasting with the HyperKO 1's ultra-low profile rubber sole designed purely for grip and stability.
- Fit and Details: The new model includes a "Lace Garage" (a Velcro area on the tongue to tuck away laces) and a "Lace Holder" on the collar to prevent distractions and ensure a secure fit, features not present on the original.
- The HyperKO 3 is intended to be the lead shoe for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.
