Payment

We accept the payment methods by PayPal, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay in order to ensure the security and convenience of our customers. If the order got cancelled for whatever reasons, the authorized payment will stay in the buyer's bank account, it's not required to refund.

Shipping Coverage

We are based in Hong Kong, which has one of the best flight network in the world, hence, we are able to deliver our items to most of the cities and countries in the world. 

Shipping Rate

Shipping charge varies on distance and weight, the further and heavier it is, the higher charge it is.

Small Package: Shipping charge is based on the actual weight of the items (e.g. Gloves, Clothing, Handwraps and etc)

Large Package: Packages that exceed weight and size limits are subject to an Over Maximum Limits charge, sometimes, the actual weight of the item is 1.5 KG, but since the size is too big which is over the size limit set by the courier, courier will charge 1.5 KG weight as 4 KG. 

Order Dispatch Schedule

In order to provide fast delivery, orders of all products are shipped out within 3 business days (Monday to Friday) upon customer's order is placed.

Shipping Policy Disclaimer

  1. AAG SPORT has been putting our best efforts to minimize the disruptions to our services.
  2. All products are shipped with registration to protect both parties interests. We are not responsible for products sent to wrong or undelivered addresses. All products are checked and packaged in good condition before being shipped out.
  3. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
  4. It's a normal practice for most of the countries for the courier to deliver the package at the door or in the mail room of the buyer's address. If the package is stolen, the buyer should contact the building management office, security guard, or the local police. The courier normally won't take any responsibility for any package stolen case after it's delivered.
