the original design, as I understand it, of the greatest sneaker of all time. they look great, they feel great, and they cost less than dining out for two. this is probably the tenth pair of Top One Feiyues I've owned in my life, and I've loved every pair to death.

I recently bought a pair of Shanghai Dafu Feiyues for the first time to see how different they are. compared to the Dafu model, these feel lighter and softer, have a stiffer sole, and conform more tightly to the foot. if you're looking for something "barefoot," or "minimal," the Top One model is the Feiyue for you ~ they're nowhere near as "barefoot" as shoes from Wildling, Vivobarefoot, or Xero, but there's a lot less in the way here than with a standard sneaker, and once you get em worn in, they're remarkably flexible. I use mine for running, hard-surface sports, hiking, and of course walking around and going out (they're fresh as f*ck, after all).

oh, and they're the Feiyues used by Shaolin monks. highly recommended
